Hoja Verde Reciclaje is an environmental initiative dedicated to responsible waste management and recycling, promoting sustainable practices that reduce environmental impact and support community education. Who we are?
LPM Group LLC is a multi-brand hospitality, travel, and aviation services group dedicated to designing seamless, high-touch experiences across Guatemala and select international destinations. Through its portfolio of specialized brands—Sparks Luxury Travel, Sparks Travel, Sparks Weddings, and GT Flights—LPM Group combines local expertise with global standards to deliver thoughtfully curated journeys, events, and logistics with precision, discretion, and care.
The group was founded by Ricardo and Thelma, a husband-and-wife team from Guatemala whose complementary backgrounds form the foundation of the company’s vision. Thelma studied Hotel Management, contributing deep expertise in hospitality operations, service design, and guest experience. Ricardo studied Industrial Engineering and holds an MBA in Finance, bringing a strong analytical, operational, and financial perspective to the group. Together, they unite hospitality-driven service with disciplined operational and financial strategy.
Following their marriage two years ago, Ricardo and Thelma made the strategic decision to combine, fortify, and consolidate their companies under LPM Group, creating a unified structure that enhances operational efficiency, brand clarity, and long-term scalability. Today, LPM Group operates with offices in Miami and Guatemala, serving an international clientele while remaining deeply rooted in the region where the company began.
